Great news that you want to rent one of our properties. Please send an email request confirming you wish to apply for the property to lettings@discoverpm.co.uk along with the below documents.
- Photo ID – e.g. passport or driving license
- Proof of address – e.g Utility Bill
- Full name, Telephone number and Email address of any persons over the age of 18 who will be a tenant at the property
Home move help included
We’ve also partnered with a company called Just Move In, who offer a complimentary Home Setup Service to anyone moving with us. Over the course of one quick phone call they will help you with all of your utilities and move admin. You’ll receive a text and email from them inviting you to book in a call where the can help with; council tax, water, sewerage, broadband, WiFi, TV, insurance and more
