Upon visiting your property we will discuss value, market conditions & any recommendations to ensure that we can deliver on securing you a quality tenant and a prosperous tenancy.

Top class photos & marketing are essential to ensure top class potential tenants come over the door. Your property will be made live within 24 hours on the major property portals.

Step 4
Inventory & Condition
An in depth 30+ page inventory is prepared as proof of the property condition at the time of move in to protect the landlord against the cost of any damages. The meters are read & alarms checked.
Step 5
Legalities covered
A Propertymark AST is signed, along with all other legal paperwork to ensure that the tenancy is legally binding and complies with all government legislation and guidance.
Step 6
Key handover
Rent & deposit are collected in advance. Once we are sure all the elements are in place your tenant moves in! You can relax knowing you have a quality, legally sound & prosperous let.
