We offer a full management service for those landlords who do not want the responsibility of the day to day letting of their property or we have a tenant find service where we market and source you a high quality tenant, reference and set all the legalities up for you to begin managing the tenancy from the move in date onwards. We are happy to discuss and give you our honest opinion on which option we think is best for you and give you any help and advice to ensure your let is a success.

1 months’ rent + VAT (minimum fee 480 inc VAT)

Full Management Package Initial Arrangement fee £295 + VAT 12%+ VAT each month (Minimum Management Fee: £48 inc vat per month)

AST Renewal Fee £75 + VAT

Termination of Management - Fee Applicable (full details in terms of business)
